Egypt is our country domicile and the governing law is the local law in Arab Republic of Egypt
Consumers using the website under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact or use the website
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard/ debit card from Any country other than North Korea and Iran.
The web site policies and terms and conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to update about the changes on the web site. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted

Delivery and shipping policy

Process of shipping the items/goods conditions.
Once the aligners are manufactured we deliver directly to the doctors or patients
Delivery fees or Free Delivery.

Customers are asked to pay the delivery charges, we will provide differs delivery options for local and international clients.

Delivery time to local/ International.

After the aligners are manufactured the delivery usually takes 24 to 48 hours locally in Egypt. For international shipping it depends on the distance and the country. We will provide different shipping options.

Payment Confirmation – Services

Customers will receive payment confirmation by email right away once the payment is done.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We will refund in those conditions

The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

The expected time span for reporting an item, goods or services ordered to be cancelled/replaced and the related conditions is 2 wks from the date of shipping.
