How long is the treatment?

Can I remove the aligners for a few days and get back on treatment?

Unfortunately, the treatment plan has to be followed. If you find that your aligner no longer fits, consult with our doctors to get you back on track.

Do I receive all aligners at the same time?

If you choose to order directly from our website, you will receive the full treatment plan and instructions with all the aligners. If you choose to follow up with one of our dentists or partner dentists and clinics, then you will coordinate the treatment plan with them.

How do I follow up with my treatment from home?

After starting the treatment, you will have scheduled doctor's appointments with one of our experts either at FDC clinic or online. If you face any difficulty in the process, our team will always be there to help.

What do I do if the aligner is loose?

You should try the next aligner and if that doesn't work, consult your doctor or send us a message on our chat box and we will advice you what to do.

What do I do if there's a sharp edge in the aligner?

Please inform your doctor and he will be able to adjust it for you. If that's not possible, you can use scissors to cut the sharp edge till you see your doctor.

You should wear the previous or next aligner till you see your doctor and he will advise you what to do.

We send the aligners to patients directly and we also send directly to dentists

What is the policy for return, refund and cancellation?

In order to do the treatment plan and send the treatment video's Dentists and Patients are asked to to do a payment for this service that will be deducted from the final price when the treatment starts. The cost of this payment is 2000 EGP and is not refundable. Once the treatment is approved by either the Dentist of the Patient directly a down payment will be asked to be paid before we start manufacturing.  This amount is usually accounts for 50 % of the fees and is not refundable.

In case there is a misfit of the aligners or any problem that might arise  we will replace the aligners at no extra cost.

What about the price of the aligners ?

The aligners price depends on the number trays needed for the treatment. There is no set price. The treatment usually ranges between 25000 to 40000 EGP depending on the severity of the case.

How can I pay for the aligners ?

Usually you will pay 50 % and then the rest is paid in instalments 2000 EGP per month. You can also by Valu, CIB and Alex bank we have different payment plans that will suit your budget
