The aligners are numbered and will be worn in sequence. The average case requires 10 aligners.
Each aligner will be worn for 2 weeks, then you move on to the next one.
The aligner has to be worn at least 16 hrs a day to be taken off during eating and drinking anything that is too hot to avoid melting of the aligners (ex: coffee or soup)
The aligners will not be a perfect fit from day one, but it will fit within 24 to 48 hours.
After finishing the entire treatment, enjoy your new smile!

How to care for your aligners

1. Rinse when you remove.
2. Never clean with hot water.
3. Brush and floss before you wear.
4. Clean with soap, not toothpaste.
5. Soak in clear retainer cleaner or denture cleaner.
